It had been a few days since I came here and I was still getting use to things. As I expected people didn't want me here and wouldn't even come near me. I was thinking of leaving. People would be happier that way.

Logan walked into the room and saw Enola. He still didn't trust her, but he was going to try and get along with her for Demetria. "I see you are trying to stay out of everyone's way."

I looked up at him. "You would be too if you were once an enemy. I don't even know why I'm staying here."

"Well, you must not want to leave to bad or else you would have left by now. Maybe you want a second chance."

Or maybe I have no where else to go and being here is better then living on the streets." I snapped.

"I don't think that's it." I said as I walked in. "You have never cared about living on the streets. You always find some place to stay. Maybe deep down you finally want to be accepted."

I was silent. I had no come back to that. It was the truth though. I did want to be accepted. I was tired of always being the bad guy and being alone. I gave an irritated sigh. I hate when she's right.

"It's not going to be easy, but just give it time. I know its hard. At least you have two friends here right Logan?"

"Yeah."

"And the Professor is your friend too. He wouldn't have let you stay here if he knew you were still our enemy."
