Anna reaches out her mind to connect Rebbecca with Ace.

' have you found them yet' she asks

'No. She's scrambled them up. She really knows what she's doing... AH! Got them!' I send them to Anna.

Anna sends them to Ace then brakes the connection

I get a sudden flood of images, thoughts, and feelings. I fall to my knees, clutching my head.

Rebbecca places Max in the pen covering her self moves to his side but holding back .
"whats wrong?" she ask's

"I... I had no idea..." I look at her, tears streaming down my face. "Why didn't you tell me?"

Rebbecca looks at the two young children in the pen she realized what they had done and she started to shake not from anger but now from fear at what his reaction would be now he knew her darkest fear.


"they shouldn't have don it" she says tears now running down her cheeks.

"I'm glad they did. If you're that afraid of Alex... of the hold he might have over you... I've been trying to give you time to heal. I shouldn't have."

Rebbecca buried her face in her hands as she let her sorrow flood out.

I wrap my arms around her. "You should never have had to carry this... No one should."

she looked up at him " how , he's always going to be out there and the fear will always be in here that he'll come back and do it again, forcing us more apart" she tapped her head.

"No. He's leaving. I already felt him hit the road."

Rebbecca threw her arms around him and held him tight against her, her heart now filled with a new feeling , Love again for Ace.

ace held her against him his heart belonging once again to her , no matter what happened , they had fought a war not just outside but in there hearts
