Elizabeth Summers walked out of the school early morning with her father Scott Summers because she can't be alone going into the hospital under the age 18 to have a surgery.

They got to the hospital and she was ready for the change.

The doctor walks in. "Hello Miss Summers. Mr. Summers."

"Good morning, Dr.Garten" Said Scott Summers.

"Well, we're pretty much set up here. But I have to ask, just one more time, if you're sure you want both surgeries at once?"

"Yes, I am sure but I don't want to lose any of my powers." Elizabeth said.

"Dr. Garten, she needs these two surgeries at once so she can be half normal." Scott said.

The doctor sighs, and nods. "Very well. It's your decision. The nurse will help you get ready." Doctor Garten leaves.

The nurses came to get me ready but I was scared but I just got to be brave. I closed my eyes and dreamed something then opened her eyes but still blind during day light.

"I hope it goes well." Elizabeth said.

"It will, honey. I am here, don't forget that." Scott said.

They wheel Elizabeth into the surgery room. "Elizabeth, this is Dr. Garten. We're going to administer the anesthetic now. Are you ready?"

"Yes I am ready as I ever be." I said.

He places the mask over her face. Once she's under, he performs the surgery.

Once both surgeries were over, Elizabeth woke up some time later... and felt that she didn't lose any of her powers at all but changed, she can see in day light.

Elizabeth laughed... "I can see now in day light."

Scott said, "Yes but you will still need your glasses if the doctor says so."

Dr. Garten walks in. "Well, the surgeries were resounding successes. We were lucky. I guess you're happy about not needing the glasses anymore, eh?"

"Yes, Doctor Garten... I am happy. Now I just got to get used to seeing." Elizabeth said.

"Well, that won't take much. You'll be a pro in no time. If you have any problems, just call. Beyond that, you're free to go."

"Thank you, Dr. Garten." Elizabeth said as she went into the bathroom and got changed.
