Joanna walked into the empty gym, flicking on the light she saw the balance beam and weights the mat was now rolled up in a courner.
Wallking over she spread it out and slipped off her jacket and shoes, glacing around she saw a radio sat by the window she turned it on, it was tuned to rock music, she screwed up her noise and switched channels suddenly she found a song she knew and smiled.
Standing on the mat she began to move to the music, graceful as a ballet dancer she twisted and turned.Soon she felt herself become relaxed, but not as much as when Kurt held her and she smiled again.
After a moment she began to sing along as she moved, her voice gentle and soft as it echoed around the room, Up to this moment she hadn't had a reason to sing, but now she felt things had changed.
Her movements quickened but stayed fluid, with one quick movement she volted up onto the balance beam. She still smiled now her routine was one she enjoyed doing as she had good thoughts in her head and not bad painful ones.
She did it to remember now not to forget, but she wished someone else could join her, working out is ok,but no your own.
Suddnly a movement caught her eye turning she lost her footing and slipped, her head cracked against the ballance beam as she fell and she crumpled to floor, where she lay unconsious.
Slowly she opened her eyes and felt her head, there much to her suprise sat a cut blood ran down her cheek, painfully she sat up and found her head spinning.
Standing she staggered out the gym for the med bay.
