Joanna's head still hung low but she had stopped crying , in her mind she stood talking to Kurt "i have decided to take baby Talia and leave the school." she said " I think its best for us".

Back in front of the bar Joanna stood up, taking in a deep breath she looked at Alex and placed her hand on his shoulder.

"Thank you, you truly are my son , but now i must leave, just till i've sorted everything out, in here" she tapped her head.

T.J ported in beside Alex she saw the look on her mothers face "what happened?" she asked Alex as she watched her mother walk away.

"Father!" she spoke softly as her hand moved to cover her mouth "Tell me it's not?" she asked him now because of his silence she was sure of what she had felt.

Taking a deep breath she stood tall " He was a good man and a loving father, but i have already grieved once" turning to Alex she looked at him what she really wanted was for him to hold her as only a brother could but her pride stopped her.

Joanna stops and looks at him over her shoulder" I won't be gone too long" she says , take care of T.J for me" she says then disappears into the night back towards the school and Baby Talia.

Talia turns wanting to run to Joanna but with Alex's arm around her she knows not to and just holds him tighter.

"Just let her go... She has to do this. Come on, we should get out of here."

Talia looked up at him "what happened?" she asked softly "i sensed he was gone but , what happened?"

"His mind fractured. It split into two personalities. One was Kurt, the other was... Not. It was as anti-Kurt as it's possible to be. Kurt knew he wouldn't be able to control the other side, so he told her to..." I can't finish the sentence.

Talia nodded she had understood.

" and she did it, is no wonder she wants to leave here, to many memories"she said " but she did say she would be back at least that's something to look forward to".

Talia walked with him her arm around him like a child holding on to its favorite blanket Talia felt he was her comfort now Joanna was gone and was reluctant to let him go .

" Isn't it big brother" she teased trying to make light in a bad situation.

"Yeah... I guess. I hope she doesn't get herself killed."

Talia looked in the direction Joanna had gone " some how i don't think she will" she said " not if she's taking baby Talia with her"

"Yeah. You're right." I get into my H2. "Come on. Let's get going."

Talia climbs in next to him and closes the door.

"but I hope they will be OK too" she said softly.

"I don't think anything will happen. I'm tempted to follow her, just to make sure... But, she'd never forgive me."
